  • Please attach files (screenshots, photos, email, etc.), as it helps us understand your problem and help you faster. 
  • Please provide feedback if you think we could improve our ticketing service in any way


For example, if you first write to us, that there is an error when you try to log in to your account and you do not include more detailed information on what kind of an error happened and include a screenshot, then our first response will be asking you to please provide some more information. If a detailed description and a screenshot or a video capture are sent to us the first time around, there is no need for extra questions and we can go straight to solving the issue, screenshots or video captures especially help our technical team.
