Verify your identity for Individuals and Legal representatives

   

After successfully completing the registration you will then continue to the identity verification process.

Choose the document you want to continue identification with (for certain countries, document restrictions apply).


   

You are able to choose what type of document you will be uploading (if there is just a single option, then your country is restricted to using that document only). You are also able to choose whether you want to continue on your computer or switch to your mobile device. Please do not upload scans of the documents. 

  • Passport
  • Driver's license
  • Identity card
Whole document needs to be visible, without glare and of good quality. 
Driver's license and Identity cards require you to upload both sides of the document. 

Make sure that the MRZ code (marked in yellow and blue) is clearly visible. 




If you decide to “Continue on Phone”,


         

First, choose the country code by clicking on the flag, then type in your phone number and click “Send”

Also, KEEP OPEN the window on your computer. 

You can also choose to scan the QR code which will work the same as clicking on the link in the SMS message.

    

 An SMS will be sent to your mobile, also on the computer, you will see the “Check your mobile”:


   

Check your mobile (no app installation is required) and click on the link you have received in the SMS:

   

   


Please follow Onfido steps to successfully photograph and upload the documents. You will see a confirmation when the upload is complete.

   

   


On your computer, you will see a new message displayed saying: "Great, that’s everything we need". Finish by clicking on Submit verification:

   


You have finished your verification process; you will be informed if the process was successful via email.

 


Congratulations! Your KYC is complete and you can proceed to the next step.
