In case of any questions/issues, you can request help from our Support team.
After you open Blocktrade mobile app, on the top right corner at Activity section you will be presented with support icon
If you click on it, you will be presented with two options:
- Contact us
- FAQ section
At FAQ section you will be able to find all most frequently asked questions and answers to them. We highly advise you to do a search of our extensive knowledge base for your answer first.
If you choose to contact our Support team and click Contact us, a form will open up, where you need to fill the following fields:
- What do you need help with? Choose the most related topic to your question/issue
- Enter your email that you have registered at Blocktrade
- Subject of the ticket
- Your message - ask your question/describe your problem as detailed as possible
- Attach screen shots/videos
After you click Submit button, a ticket will be created with your issue in our internal system. You will get an additional automated email with the registered ticket number.
After that our Support team will process your request and reply as soon as possible.
