If you wish to withdraw your assets from your Blocktrade account via mobile app, here is step-by-step: 


  • When you open Blocktrade mobile app, you will see Wallet section on the screen. 


  • If you click on the central blue button below, you will see three options: Trade, Withdraw, Add funds. 


  • After you click Withdraw button, you will have options to choose the currency. Below you can see instructions for EUR and cryptocurrency withdrawals.


EUR withdrawal


If you wish to withdraw EUR, select Euro currency first. Then you need to select IBAN for a withdrawal. If you do not have previously saved IBANs, click Add IBAN button. 


⚠️ Please, note that withdrawals are only available to the verified bank accounts - an account from which at least one successful deposit (as a bank transfer) has been made.


If you have a verified IBAN saved for your Blocktrade account, you can make a withdrawal to it by filling out the amount to withdraw and all other details of the transaction. 


After making a withdrawal via Blocktrade, you will receive a notification that we have sent a confirmation link to your email address.


⚠️ You will have 60 minutes to go to your email address and confirm the withdrawal.


Done! Your withdrawal should be on the way to mentioned IBAN. 



Crypto withdrawal


If you wish to withdraw any cryptocurrency, you should select select it from the list first. 


Then you can choose the recipient from the list if you have some previously saved. If not, you can add it with Add New button. 


After that you need to specify the amount for a withdrawal. Total amount will be calculated with all additional fees. If you agree with all the parameters, you can click Withdraw button below: 


After making a withdrawal via Blocktrade, you will receive a notification that we have sent a confirmation link to your email address.


⚠️ You will have 60 minutes to go to your email address and confirm the withdrawal.


Done! Your withdrawal should be on the way to mentioned IBAN.
