When submitting a support query, please provide as much information regarding the issue as possible, so that we can help you resolve the problem or provide a workaround as soon as possible. 



If you are experiencing any problem using our platform or you just have a question for our support team, please first click on More from your Dashboard: 



Click on Support:



You will be presented with two options:

1. Contact form 

2. FAQ - here you will find all the most frequently asked questions and answers, please do a quick search of our extensive knowledge base for your answer first



If you choose the Contact form you will  first be asked to choose the most accurately related topic to your question: 



Android: You will then have to choose an email app, from which you will send the email to our support team.


iOS: A contact form will open and ask you to provide some more details. After you have written your message click Send:




iOS: The app will inform you, that your message has been sent to our support team:
