For a successful verification, you will need to provide us with a utility bill (utilities in a home include electricity, gas, water, internet, telephone, cable TV, security systems etc.), which is less than 3 (three) months old, and must contain your name, surname, and current address.

However, what happens if the utility bill is not in your name? This can be a common issue for people who have recently moved or are living in a shared residence.

To resolve this issue, you can provide an alternative document that contains your name, surname, and current address. Some examples of acceptable documents include:

1. A government-issued document that contains your name, surname and current address on it. It is important to note that this document must be different from the one you have used for the ID verification process. For example, if you have first used an ID card, then you should use your passport photo under the "Utility bill segment" or vice versa. If the first document that you have uploaded was a passport, then you should upload a photo of your ID card under the "Utility bill segment"

2. A recent bank statement that contains your name, surname, and current address.

⚠️ It is important to note that the above alternatives will be accepted only when the utility bill is not on your name. In order to avoid any delays or issues, we recommend that you provide a document that clearly shows your name, surname, and current address.
