1. Gather information and documents
To initiate a request, you will need the following documents:
- A certified copy of the deceased user’s death certificate
- Proof of your identity (a copy of your passport/ID)
- Proof of Executorship:
- If you are a family member – proof of relationship, will, certificate of inheritance or equivalent
- If you are an executor or representative of the estate - official documentation of your entitled role
- Account information (email address associated with the account, any other details) to facilitate the identification of Blocktrade account
2. Contact Blocktrade Support
Once you have the required documents, contact Blocktrade Support team via support@blocktrade.com. Please, attach digital copies (scanned PDFs or high-quality photos) of the required documents to your email.
