If you have received an email that your account verification was rejected, it could be due to the following reasons:

  • You were requested multiple times to resubmit the documents, but you kept continually submitting the same documents. 
  • As we update our countries of operations list frequently, your country might have been added to the list. 
  • You did not pass our KYC due to legal, financial or other reasons. 

Note that all rejections are final and creating a new account with previously rejected documents, will lead to rejection.
