If you have received an email that your account verification was rejected it could be because of the following reasons;

  • You were requested multiple times to resubmit documents, but you kept submitting the same documents over and over again
  • As we update our countries of operations list daily, your country might have been added to the list
  • You did not pass our KYC due to legal, financial or other reasons.

Note that all rejections are final and that creating a new account with previously rejected documents, will also be rejected.
