For a successful verification, you will need to provide us with a utility bill (utilities in a home include electricity, gas, water, internet, telephone, cable TV, security systems etc.), which is less than 3 (three) months old.
If the utility bill is not on your name, then you can upload:
1. Government-issued document that contains your name, surname and current address on it BUT it must be different to the one you have used for the ID verification process.
Example: If you have first used an ID card, then you should use your passport photo under the "Utility bill segment" or vice versa. If the first document that you have uploaded was a passport, then you should upload a photo of your ID card under the "Utility bill segment".
2. A bank statement that contains your name, surname, and current address.
